Any ideas on how to reduce the air intake noise? Sort of annoying on long trips.

 

Put a pipe on it and you won't hear the intake LOL Mine seems pretty quiet.

 

Does your intake have a round tube type that goes under the front plastic? If so, maybe Scrammytodd could sell you his 800 intake. The engine is "sucking" air, trying to get enough to run. A larger opening would have less vacuum noise, and more power. Just a thought!

Go to the dealer and buy one. I actually have mine sold now. The guy said it made a HUGE differance
