1 , what is stock hp on a 400ex?

2 , after a 426 bore, and stage one cam, do i have to run 100 octain or better. or is 93 still ok?

 

I think stock hp is around 24-27hp,as long as you don't go any higher than 11:1 on compression 93 octane should be fine.

sorry took so long too get back to you guys . just wanted to say thanks for the input. so i'll just go ahead and get the 426 bore kit with a 11.1 compretion stage one hot cam, think 93 with the once in a while dash of blensal will be good?
