Anyone know of a way to install a brake light on a 2000 Grizzly? Michigan requires brake lights on ATV's for night riding and Yamaha doesn't have them. (Shame on them!)Are there any aftermarket kits to make the Griz legal in Michigan?

Quebec requires brake lights on ATV's. So Yamaha had to make them available. Not sure what year they started this. Hearing this I searched out a Canadian dealer and got one. I have a Y2K Kodiak that I installed one on. NICE!
I found that all the mounting holes where already there on my frame. I hope there is one for yours.
The Canadian dealer was REALLY NICE. GOOD People. Go to http://www.snowcity.com/. Dig around the site and find the Toll Free 877 number. Call and order. Use a Credit Card and automatically get the latest currency conversion. About $1.50 Canadian to $1.00 American. Mine cost me $60.67 American. WELL worth it. It comes with a new rear lens assembly with the bulb and all factory Plug & Play wiring, lever and pedal switches.
Do a search under my name or brake light and see my install notes. the paper work for mine was vague but I got it on.

Night Safety Hell,
I kept getting banged in the rear during the day untill I put it on. Mostly by other Riders Kids. They don't seem to be able to judge speed and distance very well.
