Warrior carb problems!!
#1
Hey my warrior is like shooting black smoke out of the carb, and when i accelerate there is like a clicking noise that is coming from it, plus it backfires. Also sometimes there is power that gets drained from it. Any help???

Sounds more like your timing is off or your intake valve is leaking. Can you explain a little better what is happening? Like when does it shoot out smoke? Does it always make the clicking noise now? And when does it lose power? Did anything happen that may have caused a problem?

ummm... elaborate on this. There is black smoke coming out of the CARB? And where exactly is this clicking noise coming from? Backfiring from the exhaust or intake side? When did it start happening? Any afermarket stuff or all stock?

Ok like when i start the quad and i rev it black smoke comes out of the carbuerator. Then when i ride the fourwheeler there is a loud clicking noise like somehting is loose or something, and it sounds like it is comeing from the carb. The Carb is rebuilt, but i am thinking of just buying a edlebrck carb, or put some b12 in it before i go riding.

You need to be much more specific. Where is the black smoke comming from on the carb? The clicking noise is only there when you are moving or when you rev the quad as well? Does is backfire when you accelerate or decellerate? Is the power drained 0-1/8, 1/8-1/4, 1/4-1/2, or 1/2-WOT? And you never answered the mod question above. We need more info to help you find the problem.

Yes, again this kind of thing is difficult to troubleshoot, it's impossible if you don't give us the info we need.
First, how in the world is smoke coming out of the CARB? You don't mean exhaust? Exactly where is it coming from? Draw us a picture if you don't know how to explain it lol.
I guarantee you the clicking noise isn't coming from your carb. If it sounds like it's coming from the top end of the engine, it's your valves. If the sound might be coming from down lower, probably the chain making noise on your sprocket. When you're in neutral does the sound increase in speed if you rev it?
