Default stator coils

ok, my 200s has finally got all the parts in to fix her , ( i thought), anyways my questions are
behind the magneto flywheel, the 2 stator coils are of different thickness in size, i ordered 2 new ones for my trike and they arrive and are of the same thickness, like the one on the bike mounted up top or in the north position, the bottom one is thicker, will both the small ones work ? the screws would have to be changed for the bottom one or it would rattle in spot.. and i have never replaced such coils and am asuming that they have to be de-soldered off and re-soldered on ??

i have no spark at all and is all a result of the flywheel nut coming off and the magneto flywheel rattling around so i am asuming again that something hit one or both of the stators,,

so i also got a new used pull start for it finally of ebay rebuilt it yesterday and it works fine, so now i need spark to get her back to full throttle... any and all help is always appreciated, thanks

jimmy

Default stator coils

after reading about stators on this site from others, i have noticed the bottom coil the bigger one is the charge coil for the smaller spark coil, how many wires are hooked to each, what can i clean them with, and how do you test them , ohm meter ? from looking at them the botom one has one wire hooked up,

so hind site, i should have got the pull start cover b4 i took it off in the sand and water....mabey i would not be going thru all this
