I'm looking to buy a torque wrench, but I need one that does like 5 ft pounds to 100 ft pounds, I only seem to find 10 to 100, but some settings say 7 ft pounds in the manual and want to know what you guys think, I know this is off topic.

Where do you buy your tools and what torque wrench do you recommend? Do I need to get an inch pound one and a foot pound one? Also a strap wrench will be needed?
