Default Water in Honda engine

Even though its a 4 stroke dirtbike, what should I do to get the water out of the engine? My brother was riding, he fell over in water on the air filter side. When I opened the side panel, water came gushing out. Checked in the carbourater, a drops of water is in it. The oil was white. The first thing ill do is change the oil a few times. What else should I do??

most important-dont let it sit for very long with water in the oil. change it 2 or 3 times, warming it up thoroughly between each change, but dont drive it too much. letting it idle should be fine. after changing it 2 or 3 times make sure the airbox/air filter are dry, go out and ride it a bunch, making sure you get the exhaust good and hot to expel any leftover moisture in it. the idea is to get the moisture out of the engine as quick as possible to avoid rusting anything up. The heat of the engine will help dry out any moisture that doesnt come out right away. also check any breather hoses and stuff. Might also want to see about draining the gas tank and carburetor too, in case any water got into the fuel through the vent tubes.

heat is a fuel system treatment, or if you have any accessability to some an even better product is BG 44k fuel system treatment, by the time you treat your bike there should be enough left in the can to treat your mom or dads car.

Cleaned everything out, changed plug, its turning over, but it wont start. it looks like fuel isnt getting into the cylinder because the spark plug is dry. wtf is wrong with it.
