I took the emergencey braake off of my raptor 350 because i just didnt use it at all. I took the lever on the front and the cable off but not thestuffon the rear. I have heard of emergencey brake block off's. what are these, where do they go, and do i need one?

Its just a plate the takes the place of the e-brake on the rear caliper. I would reccomend it but its not needed. There like 9 bucks from www.rockymountainatv.com

You need to trim the front feders on your raptor that would make it look a lot better.

Keeps dirt and crap from getting into the assembly so that it will actually work again if you need it to.

did you also take off the electronic sensors that accompany the ebrake?
the blockoff plate is just for looks, my brother still has his ebrake assembly on the back with zero problems.

There are electronic sensors???? I just took off the lever in the front and the cable that came off of it and went to the back. Thats all i did. I didnt take all the stuff in the back off. I might though but i wont be putting the e-brake back on later. so i assume i dont need a plate to protect it or if its just for looks.

You will definitely need a blockoff if you remove the rear pb assembly. If not, the exposed parts of your caliper will rust, corrode, and eventually seize up, ruining your caliper. The best way to go is a blockoff with an o-ring, like the one tusk makes. If you get one without an o-ring, like the moose blockoff, you'll need to get a stock gasket or use some silicone sealant, or water will still get in.
