Default Warrior dies, help!

My buddy bought a '93 Warrior 350 4-stroke. The bike runs really strong, but after getting warmed up (25-30 min) it runs fine and after shutting it off it won't restart until it cools down fo an hour. We initially thought it was water/splash related, but today it did it again and we didn't go thru any puddles.
When it's warm/hot and he shuts it off and then tries to restart it, the motor cranks fine but it just dosen't fire up.
Eventually it just fires up like normal! Could it be...coil, ignition, carb jetting,....etc?????????

thanks,
Greg

Sounds electrical, maybe the stator? There were some posts a while back with the same problem happening, and Im not sure, but I think it was the stator. Maybe someone else can remember or you can do a search.

Im pretty sure its the stator. Go trough the basic steps first before you spend all the money. Clean carb, fresh gas, new plug, ect.....
