look, this is what i did with mine
my steering stem uses blocks to hold the handle bars from the top and bottom so what i did was put a block underneath the lower block to riase it. all you need is another pair of blocks and longer bolts it worked and raised my handlebars an inch or so

I have a 88 Warrior and a 04 raptor 350, I did the same thing velocyraptor
did with the blocks plus I put washers under bottom blocks to raise it even more, cutting 3/4" to 1" off the end of bars makes it better for the woods and steer quicker to.
