Gahh what should I do??The bolt snapped close to the head, this sounds like a large problem,it is not leaking with the new oil in it..Should I just leave it till I change the oil again lol ..Any ideas what to do to get this thing out??

i broke our rear diff drain bolt on a 250EX. so far, it's still in there. I don't think it'll loosen off on you because it probably broke from over-tightening. You might wanna try drill and an EZ out. BUT, if the ez-out snaps, then you're really hooped.

heard some guys say try to weld a head on it. the heat from welding should loosen it, plus the head will give ya something to turn.

yeah I'm worried about drilling it to use a easy-out,If the bit catches it and sends the stub into the diff ..Eeeek don't want to think about that

Wish I had a welder,I'd weld a spike onto it and turn it out,I don't think it is in there very tight

is there ANYTHING sticking out? could you pound a multi-point socket over it, and turn it out that way (it's worked for me many times on rounded bolts).

OR, could you grind or cut a slot with a hacksaw, to make a slot screwdriver work? I've had success with that too.

if its not to tight i would buy some liquid weld stuff, ferget what its called exactly, and "weld" anything you can find thats flat on the bottom and take a pair of pliers and spin the bolt out, its probably not on there too tight. just my 2 cents, i cant think of anything better than that other than the lefty drill bit

Left handed drill bit and an ezout would be the best way.
