This is the dumbest thing I ever seen,what the hell a cotter pin holding the nut on??I cant even get it tight enough because the damn pin hole get covered by part of the nut..So now I have some side to side play in the front wheels..Any ideas on how to tighten this hub up??

 

you will be very glad that cotter pin is on there if your axle nut comes loose while riding!!!!!! i use an impact and locktite on mine, if u dont have an impact just take your center cap off and put the wheel on, lower it and use a breaker bar get it tight. i just put pads on mine and when i got the rims off, 2 of my axlen nuts were completely loose and only held on by the cotter pin!!!! what caused it was i forgot to silicone the wheel where it contacts the hub. this caused the center cap to fill with water and eventually loosen up the axle nut. torque it to what it says in the manual if u got one, if not just tight.

 

thanks for the adsvice,today I will take all 4 off and get them real tight with lock-tight
