I have a huge Favor to ask of you. I have a 03 blaster and I'm trying to remove the rear axle, and I cant get the sprocket off, and wanted to know if you have any ideas???? I've heated with a torch, I've pounded it with a sledge hammer. so any help you could give would be great Thanks Slim Slimboy23@hotmail.com

I believe the oil injection runs it at 20:1 which is rediculously rich. I would go with 40:1 if you are running a good synthetic. If your running walmart stuff or yamalube I would go with 32:1

It should slide right off. Try some WD40 or penetrating oil. The sprocket slides off, the axle is a pain to get out of the carrier though. Put the hub castle nut on the end with the sh1tty socket and beat the **** out of it.

also to make it even easier take off the carrier so then the axle comes off the quad along with the carrier but dont take the other wheel off and then set the wheel down so the axle and carrier and sprocket are pointing up then stand on the wheel and pull up that gives the most force but just be careful that when ur doing this that if the sprocket pops off u dont go flying off the tire because of how hard u were pulling..
