Jetmoto suspension
#1
My 9 year old got a 110 Jetmoto for Christmas and we've had both bottom brackets snap in half that hook the wheel assembly to the A-arm.
Raceway is very good about sending parts and they told me these are isolated incidents. They told me to make sure they were tightened down really good and maybe add some washers if necessary. Not that I don't believe them, but has anybody else had issues with these brackets? Just concerned because each time they broke, he flipped the quad.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks!
No, he wasn't hurt....a couple of bruised legs, but nothing serious.
Raceway is sending me two new A-arms. They said if that doesn't work to take the brackets to a welding shop and have them reinforce them. They also said the same thing you are saying as well.....it's not a common problem with that quad.
It just seems like there is too much play in the spindles, so hopefully the new A-arms will do the trick.
