hello
i just picked up this three wheeler from a friend it didnt run because it was missing coil,so if u can believe this i used a coil off a honda pa50 moped and it runs great now. but ny prob is in the gears it wont shift the gears u know how switching gears should be kinda close together this is about 4 inches or so of play on shiftr and u still cant shift! also there is this little shaft on side of case with a N next to it when i turn that it will go in gear but only 3rd i think any one know why?

hey guys thanks but i just decided to take it apart and find out wat it was on my own, it was the gear on the shift drum the bolt had stretched and stripped it self out so i replaced bolt and it works now.

 

did you find out what the extra little shaft that is right by the shifter does? I can't get mine to move....
