Default 1986 trx 125 carb problems

I have an'86 trx 125 fourtrax, that I have rebuilt from the ground up. Everything seems to be working great, and it runs good. The problem is this:
It starts and runs just fine, but it seems that once everything gets up to temp, it will just die. I set the carb to the right setting with the air/fuel screww and the idle screw.

The thing is, once it gets up to temp and dies, you can choke it and it will run as long as you leave it choked.

Everything in the carb is brand new and the carb has been cleaned like new.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

You need to run a wire through the pilot jet.
