Default New ATV buyer needs advice

I am looking at two different atvs. First is the polaris scrambler and the second is the polaris predator. I like the fact that the scrambler is automatic and awd. but i like the look of the predator better and I really want a sport atv. I also want to be able to go off road so will the predator be able to do that? I also have very little experince driving a atv with a manual clutch and manual shifter will this be easy to learn or is it something i should stay away from?

Thanks for the advice.

Yeah, learning how to use the clutch is very easy. You should be able to go off road with both but I've heard that Polaris' are not built very well.

Learning to use a clutch isnt that difficult but how fast and well will depend on you.

If you have other experience with a clutch (car, streetbike etc) it will help. The key is to stay in your ability range and you will be fine. Take the time to learn the quad and how it reacts before trying to do anything your not sure about.

As far as your 2 quad choices, I have no xp with Scrambler so cant really comment on it. The predator is a good sport quad with good power. Sport quads can handle of road very well the only place they really get in trouble will be in deep stuff.
