I see can-Am has a Renegade 500 on their site now, but the DS 650 is gone. Did they discontinue the 650 in favor of the Renegades?

the ds450 has more horsepower than the 650????

that is messed up......... I hope the 650 comes back in 3 years as an efi, reverse, ds450 shocks, 380lb machine. maybe as a 750 too, that would make duners very happy again

 

The Renegade 500 weighs more than the 800 anybody know why. I think the 800 Gade is 602 lbs while the 500 Gade is 608lbs.

 

When I bought mine the specs were 597lbs, now they both say they are 607lbs. I'm guessing it has weighed 607 all along, however I'm not sure how 300cc's less shouldn't shave atleast 5lbs or something.

 

its like the king quad 700 and 450 the 450 weighs a few pounds more . mostly cause they used some heavier parts in the 450 machine. probally the same case here as well.
