Default Phoenix transmission

I have an 05 Phoenix and it just started to jump out of gear when going foward.
You dont have to get on it hard it just jumps out. I adjusted the linkage and also changed the fluid. (yes the agl) and it still does it. I pulled the linkage at the trans and the same thing happens. Any one have this happen?

Default Phoenix transmission

Here is a link to a service bulletin for the 05 Phoenix about replacing a detent spring & ball in the shifter at the transmission. It sayes its to correct "hard shifting" issues. Not sure if this would cause it to jump out of gear, but its worth checking out.

Hope this helps,

OK here we go. It needs 3 gears in the trans and most likely a shift fork. After checking around for a while I found a dealer in PA. who told me what to look for and its it.
