My Rancher 350 and 250EXs have the MegaMax II muffler, which are getting old and tired so I am thinking of replacing them. The MegaMax is really old school anyway! And, the 350 will need all the help it can get keeping up with the new 420!

I am considering the FMF PowerCore IV for both, but I don't want to be to loud. I have the PoweCore on the 400EX, and have been pleased with it but the sound level isn't exactly stealthy. The FMF Powerline is also a possibility for the 350.

well, you already have the HMF for your 750, why not do the same? I have the HMF utility series with the quietcore on my 350... i'm still fighting the jetting a bit tho, the jets HMF sends with the pipe might be a bit rich, I have a dynojet kit to put in so i'll try that.

have you had any issues with your bbk looking at buying an 05 rancher that needs top end kit will be riding in water mud and trails.. I've heard bbk dont like water very much, just wondering if this would be the route to go planning hl springs and hl lift maybe 28" or 27" mud lite
