when i pull my leaver it rebounds very slowly is it toast any ideas thank you

 

how does the brakes work? sounds like it may be time to take the brakes aprt to see if theres a problem w/ the caliper or master cylinder. there is a spring in the handle bar brake level assembly master cylinder that could be bad but not too likely. just a thought.
