fuel mixture too rich or not a hot enough plug---usually mixture too rich

 

ok, should I lower the needle, or mess with carb screw?

mess with carb screw--all the way in---out 2 turnes--- fine tune from there--also get new plug---no chinese plug like what came on it----you can find a cross reference on the internet---sorry for the delay---working long hours
