does anyone know or have done this..i'm looking into putting a raptor 80 cylinder and piston and putting it on a raptor 50 engine. if it can be done what to you have to change to make it work.

 

I know that the 80 cylinder will fit on the 50 but I think the stroke for the 80 may be different, so I am not sure that the crankshaft is correct. However I would wonder why you would want to do this since you will get more power but no real top end increase. if your looking to put an 80 or even a 100 on the quad then go to ebay or an online salvage site and pick up a used 80 (1988 or newer - badger) or 100 (1988 - 1991 champ) and replace the 50.
