greasing 700 grizzly

Default greasing 700 grizzly

Just curious what everybody is using to grease under the dust caps for the input/output shafts on the diffs?

Lithium-soap-based grease is what the service manual recommends.

I got a question for ya ... What is soap based grease ........I probably have used it ...........Like who makes it ...

I don't know. I would think most major auto parts places would have it. If not, ask your dealer.

I use the Lithium are any good marine grade grease on wheel bearing CV joint's on just about anything that get's dunked in water and mud as much as an ATV does and you can find it in about any auto parts stores, now ask a dealer and he'll say not to use anthing but what manufacturer sell's ; unless he's an honest dealer.!.......................
