200s front bearings size
#1
since no one answered my ? on right or left threads, i assume they are righty, anyways, i cant get the damn axel out, so i am wondering if its possible to slip a new bearing over the nut and move on with it, and if so , what size is the bearing, all i can get from the dealer is its a 6300 series, i need a size so my bearing buddie can hook me up, a little help would be nice, i am also having problems with the pull start not working all the time, it seems to not want to engage until i take it apart and spray with wd40, the plate that holds the 3 teeth back seems to like to stick, is there a part i am missing in there i dont know about ??

The front bearings are 6302...same bearing that fits the front axle of every Honda ATC made larger than a 110. (even fits the later models of the 110). Should be no problem to find.
The recoil problem is likely due to corosion under the pulley on the main spring...and/or the spring under the friction plate itself. I would disassemble and clean everything and go from there. (Dont let the large spring come "unglued" on ya or you will be there a while untangling it and winding it back up)
