I just got back from Pismo, and it was AWESOME!!!!! The DS720 ran great, my son 15 year old rode it a bit and had fun racing other quads, but the DS still needs a longer swing arm.was cut short do to the fact I had all the shock done on my sons 4trax, he was a jumping nut case, well long story short we went riding with some friends we made at camp and as I was fixen some BBQ for a late lunch, I noticed the siren on the ranger truck, sad to my self, nope couldn't be, then the ambulance went past, now I was worried and sure enough, Jr had taken a spill, I was called in 5 minutes, he couldn't remember the president, but he remembered my cell number, the ranges picked me up and brought me to him in minutes.
The Rangers at PISMO are Awesome, all these folks were worried about was taking care of my son, the paramedics and the Hospital staff were so friendly helpful and to the business quickly and we were lucky after CIT scans and X rays there was no broken bones or head trauma, well no more than any other 15 year has, we were in and out in 2 hours even the ranges gave me there own cell phone numbers to call them on how my son was doing.

Well apparently its a good thing that Jr wears full gear, you see I found out that Jr thought he could fly until he landed and knocked himself out for a few minutes I was told, Goober was mad because no one took his picture of the jump, or when the paramedics had him roped up on the board, and oh DAD when we going back.................... I wanna do that jump again!

 

IM glad jr is OK.Its nice being 15[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] but he will feel it when he is 30.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

I also think the rangers at Pismo are the best I have sean.

 

LOL he is moving slow today, Mr Advil kid today, and he sounds like me walking around, He was VERY lucky no breaks, specialy his collarbone a, wear those chest protectors!!!

 

yeah the rangers are good there.....too bad the dunes couldn't be better though.....like a sandbox

I was knocked out no less than 8 times before I was 25, and look at me.... other than being lazy and immature, I'm just fine.LMFAO I just wish I could bounce back like I could when I was 15.... I used to laugh at the guys that would spew that crap, now I am that guy.... my shoulder hurts from just reading that story.LOL

 

I dont know how you guys can ride at Pismo with out modified shocks, choppy as hell

 

Even with good shocks it'll beat the crap out of ya sometimes!

How were the crowds and the wind?? I'll be heading to Pismo next week(26th-29th) with about five other families

 

Ill tell you I'll only hit Pismo on week days, the Sunday we got there is was a zoo, at one point I was wanting to be one of those Corona comercials, wish I brought beer, other than rootbeer, clear skys nice breeze, watching the waves come in
