recently i purchased a used rincon 650, according to some reviews i read about it , it says that it is equipped with a auxilliary recoil starter, Where is it located? Does some panel need to be removed to reveal it?

 

It's attached to the rear of the engine. The handle is opposite of the oil fill. Pop out a little pannel by your right foot.
