Default LT80 A-Arms and suspension

I have a LT 80 that I would like to widen. What would be better, new a-arms or spacers? I have heard that a-arms will give more suspension travel. Also, does anybody have any ideas of where I could purchase a-arms and suspension? Thanks!

Arms are better but the same travel as spacers.

you can get more travel by replacing the shocks (works brand). a no cost way to widen your lt a little is to flip your wheels around, because there is an offset you gain an inch or two .the only prob is your valve is now on the inside. but watch your tread rotation, and your front valves may touch the brake cable or the arm. my sons lt80 has short valves so it clears. good luck

NON.
They will make it ride better.
Extending the wheel (thru spacers or arms) does allow the wheel to travel farther but it's because of it being wider. The shock travel is the same stock or with Works.

I use some brackets that widened it 3 inches. JL ATV sells them. Great quality and the works shocks were a great investment also! The stock shocks don't move.

With a stock motor I used a skat trac glider with 5 paddles. They worked great until I did all the motor mods. Now I run a 6 paddle hauler! Make sure to stay with a 18 inch tall tire, not a 20inch. Don't buy a gecko, they are too heavy! You can get rims with a different offset to widen your rear without using wheel spacers.
