Default Help - Coolant in with counter ballance shaft - 400L Sport 2x4

I purchased a used Polaris Sport 400 2x4 1998. Since it was new to me. I changed all the fluids and completed all required maintenance. However, when I drained the counter balance oil it looked like coffee. I assumed it was just moisture from poor service from the previous owner. After several flushes, I noticed that there was some green anti-freeze mixed with the oil. Does not seem to be leaking much as it is not detectable from the coolant jug line.

Could this be from a leaking water pump? Looking to see if any one has seen this before and what is necessary to repair it. I do not want to tear into this motor unless absolutely necessary.

Thanks for any input!

Thanks Jayblazer for the quick response. Is it a major job to change the seals or just of matter of removing the water pump only to access the seals?
