Default Advice on replacing OEM tires on my '00 Kodiak 4x4

I've had my Kodiak for a good 7 years now and she's still going strong. However the OEM Dunlop tires are in serious need of replacing. I'm looking for some advice on what tires to choose. I'd say %95 of my riding is on mountain trails: steep, windy, rocky, hard pack, loose gravel and all of the above combined but pretty much all trails. I rarely ride in mud and never in snow.

The tires I've been eyeing thus far are the Bearclaw EX, Bighorns and Terracross R/T but am open to all suggestions. Also I'd like to keep as close to stock specs as possible (25x8x12, 25x10x12).

That's all I have at the moment, I'm hoping to get some good opinions from my fellow trail riders out there. Thanks!!

The Bearclaw EX sound just what you are looking for,I hear good things about Bearclaw,I got my tires here, and they have the sizes you want..good luck..BTW Walmart mounts them for 10 bucks a tire, way better than dealers..

I personally would go with the Bighorns. the 25" big horns actually measure out at 26" I am going to put 25x8x12 and 25x10x12 Bighorns on my ATV. The Bighorn seems like the perfect tire for your quad. You could even go with the GBC Dirt Tamers

The difference is one is a Radial tire (bighorns) other is a Bais ply (DirtTamer). Actually both tires are made by the same parent company (owns both Maxxis and GBC), hence the VERY CLOSE similarity between the two tires.

Dirt tamers are a bit cheaper too! Though I don't think they size big like the Bighorns...
