TRX 450er 3mm stroker with 480 kit?

Would this make it a 490? cause with just the stroker its a 470 so i dunnol need some help even if you can do this combo!
One more thing what are the advantages of titanium valves?

you need to make sure the stroker crank doesn't require a piston with a raise pin height. titanium valves are lighter, making your engine have less reciprokating mass(rev faster).
