Default YFZ Tach

where do they hook up and how hard is it to install one. never put a tach on a 4-wheeler only on boat motors.

You got a few choices.. You can get a tach made to pickup the RPM from the plug wire.. such units are made by Vapor for arouund $120 http://www.procycle.us/main/vapor.htm

There are full data displays made by another company called Veypor at http://www.veypor.com/product.html

Another option is to get a DynaTek performance ignition unit. They have a standard tach output that most auto tachs would understand. The standard unit is $209. A Programmable unit is $350.

i was liking the price of it better lol. i was wondering what you guys thought of it. but it dont say how many rpms it will read or how you hook it up.
