Default Have an Eton Rover? Please help!

I bought 2 eton rovers last week. After the first day one of them would only go into gear about 6 out of 10 tries. Half way thru the second day it wouldn't even start.
I took it back to the dealer and they gave me a new rover.
The kids played with them yesterday and now today the second of the first two that I got will not start.

I called the dealer and they say that it is because they sat at the dealer since last December and the battery just needs to be replaced. They said they will give me 2 new batteries and 2 trickle chargers and that should fix the problem. Or I can trade
the rovers and get a couple of four wheelers.

Anyone have any advice?

Thanks

The battery's are probly bad as far as the shifting ask the dealer if the recall has been done on the shift fork

Thanks.
I took both of the rovers back today and my daughter decided to keep hers so they put in a new battery and just checked it out and gave me a charger.
Hopefully that works out well. My son decided to trade his for a grizzly 80. He loves it so far.
