I just bought new itp mud lites xl's 27/10/12 for the front of my outty 800xt on the stock rims and the hime joint is rubbing on the tire.I have only rode it down the driveway and i heard a squeeking noise so i stoped and looked and the hime joint at the end of the tierod end is rubbing and im worried that it will rub the tire and blow it out,both sides are rubbing.IT is not rubbing so hard that the tire will not move but it is is moving the hime joint back and forth.If there is a easy cheap fix i sure could use the help. thank you!!

If you are going to run 10" wide on the front with stock wheels, you will need wheel spacers. Most of the aftermarket wheel companies have spacers for sale. Check e-bay and the site sposers also. Luck.

 

Far as I know 1" is min size. High lifter, dura blue, rocky mt atv, ronnies, dennis kirk are a few places to check.

 

thanks guys i called highlifter and ordered 2 sets of 1" spacers,but ill have to make my chain link fence wider at the door cause i only have 48" of room lol
