unfjortunately, you will not be able to buy those off the shelf or mail order. There is a place that will build you a boot but it'll probably run close to 600 - 700.
I wear a 17 - 18 in athletic shoes and I were a size 16 Tech 5 or 6 (can't remeber which one it is - but it's the only one that Alpine Star make that size). They fit nicely but make sure you keep them nice and moist and ply-able. Also check the WorkBoot Wharehouse for a good industrial boot to ride in. That may be your only choice.
Good Luck Brother.

Back when a 15 wide was big and you just couldn't find shoes or boots in larger sizes like you can these days, I had luck getting boots custom made from various places. You do have to be prepared to really do some work on the phone and by writing letters and talking to the right people but if you are persistent you can get it done. Be aware you are going to pay for the service and you are going to pay handsomely for it. On the other hand you are getting a a handmade custom pair of boots that if damaged, or of they need re-soled you can take to a good shoe and boot craftsman and he can repair them. They will last for a decade or more.
Oh if you ever get a custom pair of boots made and it is possible get a spare pair of soles if they aren't a stock item. That way if you wear them out you can replace them and you dont have to trash that several hundred dollar pair of boots you had custom made because the soles are shot.
