My sons Kazuma 110 falcon has no spark, I think i've found the promblem to be I have no voltage reading coming from the Blue/white wire off the pick up coil. I have continuity but no voltage, when cranking.

I had no spark, tried new ignition coil and cdi box at dealer, and then I bought a new stator plate(with new pick up coil) installed it and still no spark. I havent checked the old stator for volts yet but I assume i'd get the same thing.

What would be the cause of no voltage coming from the pick up coil (assuming the brand new one is good) ?........Flywheel is good, magnets all good.

make sure all wires in the connectors are push all the way in, we had one wire at the cdi unit pull away appox 1/8 of an inch and encountered the same problem,
