Default hop ups for a grizzly 450 ???

Hello,I recently purchased a 2007 Grizzly 450 and i want to hook it up with a new pipe and tires and wheels,I called a few powersports dealers and nobody has a clue as to what pipe would fit or what aftermarket exhaust would work.Honestly im getting pissed off.Nobody can seem to help me or steer me in the right direction. All I really want is a nice pipe for it and all im getting is the run around.

ITP makes lots of nice wheels for your quad. You need 12+7 5+2 offset 4/110mm bolt pattern on all four rims this will make the grizz a couple of inches wider and make it handle better. I like ITP mudlites or 589s for tires. TIP: put 8lbs of air in front and 5lbs in the back will make it handle way better. If you get the wider wheels you might want the overfenders available on Ebay.

Zoid,

Just so you know the 07/08 Grizzly 450 is just a re-badged 03-06 Kodiak 450. So there should be plenty of pipes etc available for it.. It shares the engine with the Wolverine 450 as well...

As far as wheels go... Stock wheels are fine unless you REALLY want to spend the money on the aluminum ones... Mostly because I don't want a wider quad. I do some tight riding.. so... I like to stock width just fine.

Also if you do get new wheels.. you willing to sell your old ones? where u live?

Far as pipes go check with your local DNR first to make sure you get one that isn't too load and a spark arrestor is #1. I bought a pro curict for my Honda and that has stood up very well. How much do you want to spend on your ATV?
