flywheel removal

Default flywheel removal

Need some help guys,do i have to use a flywheel puller to remove flywheel or is there another option?
Also were do you remove the weight from the flywheel,and do i have to have the engine top dead center when removing?

Default flywheel removal

Yes using a puller will make life a whole lot easier, you can get them from Motion Pro. It would be easier to buy a already lightened flywheel from The BOM or HPR. The eng does not have to be tdc, just remember when removing the stator magnet the position of the pickup and the key way on the flywheel.
