Does anyone have any idea how I could go about switching the throttle from the right side to the left she has limited use of her right hand and cant ride very long at a time due to the weakness. I appreciate anyones input.

 

you can unbolt the throttle assembly from the handle bars and switch it from the right to the left (you might need to move your brake lever if you have one on the left). on a lot of models you can take the top off the throttle, unbolt the lever and turn it around, but if you can't you might be able to weld a piece to the end of the lever and make it bend around (towards the right first) so it's under the grip where she can push it with her thumb. it might work. hope i helped at all.

 

How about going to a twist throtle.
