cant seem to find a place to mount plate for winch?

 

It mounts under the front fender, where the bumper mounts meet the diagonal frame tubes, behind and below the head lights. You have to have the correct winch mounting kit thats made for that bike. The mount plate that comes with the winch wont work. You can order a correct mount kit from places like dennis kirk or your local Honda dealer.
