i have the 2008 parts catalogue and i really like the handguards, but it says they only fit renegade, ds450, outlander.

Do you think there is a chance it will fit my ds250 too? i dont want the wrap around aluminum thing, just the handguard and it mounts on a single bracket beside the clutch/brake levers

i was just wondering if they would fit 7/8" bars? im probably getting ProTaper SE "atv mid" (size/height) bars too, so will the handguard fit those with little or no modification?
