When it is cold (0deg. and below) the front hubs on my 99 500 scrambler will not engage for a while. I have to drive up and down the street for a while to get them to engage. I am wondering if this is normal or not. This is the first polaris I have owned and do not know a lot abougt them. I just put a new spring in one hub and oil (atf) in both.

Sounds normal to me,my 99500scrambler does the same thing but after a little bit of riding it's fine. Be sure to use the recommended hub oil. You have to remember also that Polaris designed these systems to be operated in above 0 degree temps, but I would'nt worry about it. 99 Scrambler 500 Aean Pipe,K+N Filter,Aean clutch Kit,Roller secondary,HPD Tach,Dyno-Jet
