Amazed by Canada Vs US pricing

Amazed by Canada Vs US pricing
Hello,
I am from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and went into my local Honda dealer and priced out a new TRX420FE with winch (Honda is including it but dealership is charging $360 for installation) total price with all taxes, freight PDI administration etc. is $9740. I even tried dickering and was told that $9500 was the lowest they would go period. Cross the good old border and I am looking at the exact ATV for $5905.20 with all taxes etc added in. $5180 from dealer, GST at border, PST when I license it here in Canada for the grand total of $5905.20. I never done well in math but that is a saving of $3600 with the dollar being on parity!
