Has anyone seen any 08 800's in the Southeast yet? I live in Alabama and the dealers say it will be in November before they have any in stock. Please respond if anyone knows any wherabouts of one.

 

i've had mine for 2 months and rtickwad just got his last month. they came out in aug. i do beleave.

 

Yea, give your local dealer a call and ask him whats the deal?

Everything they have gotten in has been 500's. I have called at least 6 dealers in the state.

 

Man, that is messed up, so where is the closest
dealer in your neighboring state and would you save
a bundle, tax etc.? Here were I live (MD), I made a trip
to West, VA and saved about $1300 with getting the better
price, $50 over dealer and saving $300 plus in state tax
or really what they call "registration fees". Just a thought,
my trip was 2 hrs, and all FUN and cost $50 in Gas, no biggie
much much worth it, better service and selection, I have bought
3 bikes from them now, referred my cuz (3 bikes) and my friend
(2 bikes) and my other cuz/uncle 1 bike. And bought all my Polaris
add-on accessories best prices and an extra 10% off cuz customer.

has anyone heard of buying a 800 and blowing the motor the same day? guy down the street said that he knows a guy who did. Bought it in the morning and had the motor blown by the end of the day.

 

Seems to be a lot of leftover 07's in this state, maybe that's why the 08's are not available yet.

 

thats also why there offering good rebates as well because of the hold overs. everyone wanted the new ho's

 

Just getting ready to purchase two 2007's, is there any difference between the 07 and 08?

 

I'm planning on getting an 07 Stealth 800 monday but i read some of the posts and want to make sure the 08 isnt a better deal for new stuff? Thanks.
