smaller 4x4
#2
Smallest 4x4 I have came across was a 250. I have not seen one smaller then that... Would be pretty neat for like a little 50 4x4 but I think that the little engine just dont have enough to get all the four tires goin hell they have a little trouble gettin the to rear ones goin LOL

In the Honda lineup, the Ranchers (old 350 and new 420) are the smallest 4wd machines. Would be nice if the 2wd Recon 250 came in 4wd, but the little powerplant wouldn't cut it.
You may have been fooled because the Recon is a utlity and "looks" like it could have 4wd.....

HondaAtcRoxz,
What was the 250 4x4 that you came across? I guess my concern is I would rather have her using traction than speed to overcome obstacles. I do have a couple of 92 trx 350's that she could have, but she feels their are too big for her yet. Thanks Cam

Also honda made trx300 that are 4x4s too I have one of those its a 2000 or 01 dont remember right off hand. and it does FINE lol and from what i talked to the owner about the suzuki the lockin diffs made that machine a pretty nice quad
