MY 06 TRX 450R STUDDERS WHEN I GUN OFF THE START WHAT DO I DO?

I CANT FIGURE IT OUT. WHEN I TRY TO GUN IT OF THE START MY 450 R STUDDERS AND THEN GO'S. I TOOK APART THE CARB AND CLEANED THE JETS BUT STILL NO BETTER

Well I have to agree...I have a 07 new 450r...and the same thing happens to me...If you are just suddenly holding her to the wood does it die? Mine does...I do believe that its because We are just dumping the fuel to the carb..and it cant keep up. Try and get your revs up before just holding it down...It sputters on me all the time when im trying to pratice wheelies....

no bike should do that i ride alot of bikes and quads i never rode the 450r but would love to. if they studder i adjusted the air screw if that doesnt do it i change the jets. when you adjust the air screw close it about quarter turn ride it. if it does it again repeat till it stops studding. the studdering is caused by running lean just to let you know.
