I don't know if you have seen it or not. I stumbled on it by mistake. Anyway some guy put a 700cc 2-stroke sled motor in a scrambler. Though some of you would enjoy it. 4 videos so far.

That looks pretty fricken sweet!!! But if I remember right the XC 700 only had about 110 horsepower, but still thats a lot more tha stock. It looked like it was still 4wd too. It looked pretty cool untill the guy dumped it doing donuts lol Maybe I should kept my XC700 and my Scrambler LOL

 

my old xc 700 would bury the spedo at 120 plus on snow so i couldnt imagine setting it up on a light weight wheeler frame. lol.

 

The guy says he had it up to 108 mph. My old XC 500 was almost 90 hp whats the 700,120 hp?

I think my 700 was 110hp. The fastest I ran on radar was 128mph if I remember right. Pretty quick for stock. I was on a 02 MachZ running 142mph last winter and what a rush that was. I went from running 49mph on the Scrammy to the Mach and what a differance LOL But the Scrammy was more of an adventure at 49mph on glare ice. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

A sled motor in a ATV,you knew some nut was going to try it sooner or later. The manufacturers would get sued if they tried it. LOL

 

I've put the "wrong" motor in my 4x4 trucks in the past.

Cadillac motor in a Toyota 4x4 was fun.

Sometimes I refer to my scrambler as my "jeep scrambler" cuz I think they weigh the same. Lol!
