2004 Sportsman 90
#1
A buddy brought over a 90 sportsman for his little girl that has been sitting up for about almost 2yrs. I went through everything on the bike as fars as carbs, filters and fluids for him but the bike does not have any fire at all. He said it ran pretty good when they parked it and now it has nothing, I checked all the safety switches that limits you from starting it if not they are not engaged but they're all working and the stator is still good. Anyone have any suggestions??
Thanks, Aaron

How did you check the switches?...........Meter???........If there is no spark at all........I would try putting jumpers in to by-pass them to rule them out altogether!!!.........Start with the big RED one on the handlebars ......First........Your trouble may be there.........Was it outside(in the weather) for the 2 years?........Caper..................

Thanks for the reply about the sportsman 90. Unfourtanately I have checked all the switches with jumpers, meter's and even when u un-plug one it woln't let the bike even turn over, so I know it's not the switches. I'm starting to think it's the CDI box on the little bike. I was just posting to see if anyone had a similar problem....Thanks for the help, Aaron
