2003 Kawasaki Prarie 360 4x4 opinions please

Hey all-
I'm looking at a 2003 Kawasaki Prarie 360 4x4. I've done some research and all the mags gave it excellent reviews, but regular people had a few issues like 4wd not engaging, belts squealing and hard to start in the cold.
More people had goos things to say than bad, but I was hoping to get more info. It's used and that's always a gamble. I'd appreciate any input good or bad. Thanks!

try the kawa section in the site. i would definately put more creedence in the people here vs mags.
i was in the same boat at you last year...i choose a 04 yamaha bruin and have been very happy.
one thing to keep in mind with smaller atv's is that you need to watch the weight and size of aftermarket tires. large and heavy will really slow you down. i went with supergrip superlights - almost identical to mudlight - but have a tougher rubber compound and a rim guard. this was not really what i wanted - but this tire in stock size keep my speed and torque same as stock.

Hey-
Thanks for the opinions. I checked out powersport network and it got mostly all good reviews. The problem seem to be consistent -squealing belts etc. Doesn't seem too bad tho. With the price of new ATV's getting way out of reach, I may just have to settle for something less than I really want.

I had the Bruin and it was the best overall machine I've ever owned.
<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>Seems pretty damn reliable and well-built.
</end quote></div>
Exactly what I wanna hear!
Thanks.
