What is the correct adjustment for my fuel mixture?

I recently took the carb off to clean it out. It was not running right so I messed with the fuel mixture screw. How many turns from bottom is the correct number I am looking for? Thanks for your help.

put this in the kids quad section you will get a quicker response.

What is the correct adjustment for my fuel mixture?

1.5 to 2.5, if you turn it 2 turns it should run fine.
